Our Mission
The Next Dimension Tabernacle International is a family of believers, seeking to establish a genuine relationship with God while advancing the Kingdom of God through prayer, evangelism and empowerment to people locally, nationally and around the world.
What We Believe
The fundamental teachings of Next Dimension are reflected in the following doctrinal statements:
1. We believe that all Scripture is given by inspiration of God. We understand the whole Bible is inspired in the sense that holy men of God were moved by the Holy Spirit to write the very Word of Scripture. We believe the complete inerrancy of the original manuscripts of the whole Bible and that they serve as the only rule of faith and practice. (2 Tim. 3:16; Pet. 1:21)
2. We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible. (Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 14:14)
3. We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of all humankind, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God and very man. (Luke 1:26-36; John 1:14-19); Isaiah 7:14; 9:6)
4. We believe Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day and personally appeared unto His disciples. (I Corinthians 15:1-4; Romans 4:25)
5. We believe in the bodily ascension of Jesus into Heaven. His exaltation and personal, literal and bodily coming again the second time for His church. (John 14:2-3; I Thessalonians 4:13-18)
6. We believe in the salvation of sinners by grace, through repentance and faith, in the perfect and sufficient work of the cross of Calvary, by which we obtain remission of sins. (Eph. 2:8-9; Heb. 9:12; Rom. 5:11)
7. We believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, as an experience subsequent to salvation; with the scriptural evidence, namely, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance. (Acts 2:1-4, 8:14-17, 10:44-46; Gal. 3:14-15)
8. We believe in the operation of the gifts of the Spirit as enumerated in 1. Cor. 12-14, as manifested in the early church.
9. We believe in the table of the Lord, commonly called the Holy Communion, the Lords Supper or the Eucharist for believers. (I Corinthians 11:28-32; Matthew 26:26-28)
10. We believe in the divinely appointed, affirmed and five –fold ministry gifts and offices for the equipping of the saints and the maturation of the church; i.e., Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Evangelists, and Teachers, etc. (I Peter 5:1-4; I Timothy 3:1-13; Ephesians 4:11-12; Acts 6:3-6; Romans 16:1-2)
11. We believe marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment for a lifetime. It is God's unique gift to reveal the union between Christ and His church and to provide for the man and the woman in marriage the framework for intimate companionship. Resultantly, we will not perform, sanction, nor bless same sex unions since we affirm that the practice of homosexuality is incompatible with Christian teaching. (Genesis 1:26-28; 2:15-25; 3:1-2; Leviticus 18:22; Matthew 18:2-5; Mark 10:6-12; I Corinthians 6:9; Romans 1:18-32; Hebrews 13:4).
12. We believe in the eternal life for believers (John 3:16; 5:24) and eternal punishment for unbelievers. (Mark 9:43-58; 2 Thess. 1:9; Rev. 20;10-15)
13. We believe in the reality and personality of Satan and the eternal judgment of Satan and his angels. (Matt. 25:41; Rev. 20:10-15)
14. We believe in the sovereign rule, reign and authority of God in the life of believers. We believe that the Kingdom of God is within us and is manifested on earth as we faithfully obey Christ and His teachings.
